I realize I am probably opening a big can of worms, but I was curious if anyone here has any insight into whether or not these are appropriate substitutes for the Mopar coolant. From what little info I can find online, the Mopar coolant is a silicate free and phosphate free OAT coolant. I hate to ask.their gear oil was to high for me, 30 a quart. I dont know what the Dodge dealer wants for their coolant. Checked ORielys, Napa, Blanks auto parts, c and t autoparts, walmart, and autozone. Both of these are silicate free OAT coolants. Well I cant find any HOAT coolant anywhere for my 04 ram that the book calls for. Also, Peak has their "Pink" European Car formulation that they claim works in all 1995-present Fiat vehicles.
